Privacy Notice

Solar Quote Check collects your name, email, order and payment status, uploaded documents and information about the proposed installation. We use this to manage your order, prepare and quality-check your report, contact you, handle corrections or refunds, keep required records and prevent misuse.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, private file storage, payments, email, analytics and document processing. Some providers may process information outside New Zealand. They are used only as needed to deliver and administer the service, and Solar Quote Check remains responsible for how customer information is handled.

Storage and deletion

Access is restricted to the operator and providers needed to deliver the service. Identifiable uploaded files and working copies are scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery unless longer retention is needed to resolve a complaint or comply with law. Essential order, invoice, tax and consent records are retained as required.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of personal information by emailing support@solarquotecheck.co.nz. Michael Nolan is the privacy contact.

Before uploading

Confirm you have authority to share the documents and remove unnecessary personal or financial information. Do not upload identity documents, passwords, health information or payment-card details.

Who provides the service

Solar Quote Check is a trading name of Michael Nolan, a New Zealand sole trader supplying this service in trade.
