Supplier. Solar Quote Check is a trading name of Michael Nolan, a New Zealand sole trader supplying this service in trade. Contact: support@solarquotecheck.co.nz.
What you buy
You choose NZ$79 to check one residential solar quote, NZ$119 to check and compare two, or NZ$149 to check and compare three. Supporting specifications supplied with each proposal are included. We provide a written, human-reviewed report within one business day after receiving payment and readable, complete documents.
What the service is not
The review is based only on documents supplied. We do not inspect your property, verify site conditions, value work, certify compliance, provide engineering, electrical, legal, tax, investment or financial advice, recommend or approve an installer, or guarantee price, savings, generation, payback, workmanship or outcome.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you are entitled to provide the documents and that the information you supply is accurate. Remove unnecessary identification, bank details and signatures. Do not send passwords, identity documents, health information or payment-card details.
Timing
The delivery period starts when payment and usable documents matching the selected package are received. It pauses while requested clarification or replacement documents are outstanding.
Refunds and corrections
If a request is outside scope or cannot responsibly be reviewed, we decline it and refund the service price. If we miss the displayed delivery time, you may request a refund before the report is delivered. After delivery, change of mind is not normally refundable because the customised service has been performed. We promptly correct demonstrated factual or transcription errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Solar Quote Check is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for decisions or work performed by installers or other third parties. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. New Zealand law applies.
